Description:
Tenders are invited for Urban Environment Improvement Investment Project. Procurement of goods, works, consulting services, and non-consulting services will follow the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and the Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time). Advance contracting will be used for the recruitment of the Project Management and Implementation Support Consultant (package UEIIP-CS1). The steps to be concluded in advance include soliciting and evaluating expressions of interest, shortlisting, and proposal evaluation. The contract will only be negotiated, awarded, and signed after effectiveness of the financing agreements. The borrower, executing agency, and implementing agency have been advised that approval of advance contracting does not commit ADB to finance the project. Advertisement for UEIIP-CS1 is within Q4 2023.
