Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Assessment - Laos Poverty Reduction Fund. The Poverty Reduction Fund III Project (P157963), totals US$52.5 million. It's objective is to provide access to basic services to remote communities in Laos PDR using a participatory approach to identify and implement community sub-projects. The proposed technical assessment will focus on: (i) determining the technical quality of completed investments in the three main sub-project categories; and (ii)conducting an economic analysis of PRF III investments financed by the World Bank. Sub-Projects (SPs) will be selected from the 10 Provinces and 43 districts of PRF III. They will include a combination of contractor led implementation and implementation through Community Force Account.
