Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation in Paktha district, Bokeo Province A complete set of the Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of LAK1,000,000. The method of payment will be in cash or cashier-s check in favor of the Project or by a bank transfer to the project bank account: A/C No. 0200-11-0028782, Agricultural Promotion Bank, in the name of Northern Rural Infrastructure Development Sector Project-Additional Financing. The method of delivery will be hand to hand at the Employer-s address above. 7. Deliver your bid: • to the address below • on or before 10:30 hours local time on 13 October 2021 • Together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidders. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address, date and time specified below. 8.
