Country: Laos Description of the Assignment: ObjectiveThe objective of the National NRM and CC Specialist is to assist International Team Leader in developing the UNDP Project Document and CEO Endorsement Request for the project "Promoting climate-resilience through ecosystem-based adaptation(EbA) solutions in the Northern Lao PDR". In addition, the NRM and CC specialist is required to coordinate with PPG team members, government entities and relevant stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and with high quality. In addition, the consultant will alsoengage in a subset of individual assignments which include preparing a situation analysis, site descriptions, and capacity assessments. The sections below provides more details on the specific tasks of the specialist. Scope of Work1) Support to Management of the PPG TeamThe NRM and CCspecialist will need to assist International Team Leader to complete tasks below: a.
