Description of the Assignment: Scope of work:The National Consultant is expected to work with the NPAP Manager who is an NPAP secretariat and UNDP project team, and provide technical assistance to deliver the following tasks: Task 1: Develop NPAP Communication Strategy and Communication Plan: . Develop the NPAP communication strategy and communication plan. Task 2: Execute NPAP Communication Strategy and Plan: . Lead NPAP communication across various platforms including social media, blogs, local media, the Toplink platform, an internal tool for communication of GPAP, and the GPAP website, in close collaboration with the GPAP secretariat.. Update key communications and marketing materials such as NPAP overview factsheets, factsheets, newsletters, and FAQs required for NPAP initiatives.. Ensure a strong visual and branded identity coherent with GPAP global communications strategy and appropriately adapted to the Lao PDR context..
