- Name of Service: National Consultant - Training of Trainers (ToT) Pilots Delivery, Institutionalisation and Capacity-Building SupportCountry: Laos Description of the Assignment: The National Consultant will work under the supervision of the UNDP Governance Unit Programme Analyst and in close coordination with:· The International Consultant (during pre-validation, finalization, and ToT phases);· The PSC Training Institute; and· National trainers identified through the ToT process.The National Consultant will be engaged from the pre-validation phase onward, with a limited and targeted role prior to validation, and increasing responsibility during ToT delivery, pilot implementation, and institutionalization phases. Tasks of the National ConsultantTask 1: Pre-validation and pre-ToT localization and contextual reviewFacilitate online consultations with UNDP, the International Consultant, and the PSC Training Institute to review near-final draft training materials and assess contextual suitability for the Lao judicial system.Provide targeted inputs on localization, language considerations, institutional examples, and training feasibility;Support preparation for the validation workshop, including coordination with the PSC Training Institute, as requested by UNDP;Participate in the validation workshop as a technical support resource, as required.Task 2: Support to Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop led by International ConsultantParticipate in structured handover ...
