The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Lao PDR, invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in respect of the provision of the requirements described below. LIFT 4 Laos is implemented by ESCAP in partnership with the Lao Investment Promotion Office (IPO) under the Investment Promotion and Management Committee (IPMCO) and is financed by the Government of Australia through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The assignment is also supported through the ASEAN Green Investment Catalyst (AGIC) programme. AGIC focuses on strengthening national and regional investment promotion in green transition sectors and supports the implementation of the ASEAN Regional Investment Promotion Action Plan (RIPAP).
