Description:
The ILO is seeking a service provider on training facilitation consultancy to contribute to the pedagogical design and delivery in Lao ofA training of LFTU officials on social protection, including social protection cash benefits and social health protection;A training of Trainers to Lao Social Security Office inspectors on the guidelines and application thereof of social security inspections.The service provider is required to have the following qualifications:University level academic qualifications in social science, social policy, social protection, public administration, international development or other relevant fieldsDemonstrated experiences in the development of high-quality training materials and plans, ideally in the area of social protection, social development, or related fields.Practical experience facilitating workshops and trainings in Lao PDR in Lao language is essential.Ability to collaborate with experts and government officials is essential.Practical experience and knowledge of working on labour and/or social security inspection would be an advantage.Good report writing and communication skills.Ability to produce high quality deliverables in a timely manner, in English language.
