- ILO would like to engage an international consultant to put in motion social security inspection interventions in Lao PDR by 1)designing and delivering a training of trainers to 1 Lao Social Security Office inspector per province (18 inspectors) and 13 LSSO inspectors at central level in order to1.1) strengthen their capacity to conduct social security inspections in line with relevant guidelines;1.2) build their capacity to deliver trainings to nominated LSSO inspectors in their respective provinces. 2) Developing a training package to guide onwards trainings delivered by the participants to inspectors in their respective provinces3) Supporting the elaboration of inspection implementation plans at central and provincial levels.
